Nollywood actor Daniel Etim Effiong has defended his kissing scenes in movies. He recently had his say during an interview, and fans have been reacting.
Questioning why some people see such scenes as automatically wrong simply because of the act involved, Daniel compared his work as an actor to that of a gynaecologist, whose profession requires examining women’s reproductive organs.
The actor added that what matters is not necessarily what an action looks like from the outside, but the intention and character of the person carrying it out.
His words, “Would you ask this same question to a gynaecologist? Do you know who a gynaecologist is? Of course, a guy is a doctor, a medical doctor that saves lives and works with women and looks at the female gen!tals every day.
