Former Barcelona and Milan forward Christophe Dugarry has blasted Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Labelling the Spurs manager’s five-year contract a genuine robbery, Dugarry expressed serious doubts about the former Brighton coach’s ability to manage at the highest level.
Christophe added that he does not think the Italian tactician is truly equipped to handle a club of Tottenham’s magnitude.
His words, “I have never really understood what his level actually is. They tell me he did well at Brighton, Sassuolo and other clubs, but for me he is still not an absolute guarantee for coaching the big teams.
