Popular Nollywood actor Akinola Akano, a.k.a. Segbowe, has said that the end of “Awon Aladun De” show left him depressed for two years. He recently had his say while speaking during an interview, and fans have been reacting.
Revealing that he had no problems with anyone on the show until Tolu Fagbure joined the cast, Segbowe stated that his colleague started beefing because he didn’t put him on the poster of a movie he produced.
Questioning why the matter had to become a big issue. Akinola added that Fagbure only featured in 2 scenes in the said film.
His words, “I was depressed for two years because Awon aladun de show which was the biggest yoruba series couldn’t continue. I was on the show for seven years without having issues with anyone until Tolu Fagbure became part of the show.
Tolu Fagbure is brilliant, you can’t take that away from him but he can be loquacious. I started having issues with him because I didn’t put him on the poster of a movie i produced and he only did two scenes.
I did no wrong to Tolu Fagbure for him to say he will dedicate few minutes of his show to me and i will feel the heat. I have passed that level.”
