Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has come out to felicitate with Dr. Yunus Abiodun Akintunde, the first Nigerian to bag a doctorate degree in Energy and Environment, on the auspicious occasion of his diamond jubilee.

He recently had his say via a statement, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, he can only applaud the meritorious service of the celebrant to his native Oyo State, to Nigeria and to scholarship, through his current book, “Dimensions of Energy Poverty and Rural Electrification in Nigeria.”

Buhari then wished the celebrant long life, prosperity and further service to motherland Nigeria.
