Political Integrity Is About Managing Public Resources, Not Political Parties – Peter Obi

Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi has come out to reply Governor Nyesom Wik over his criticism of his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party.

He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, Wike must know that integrity is about prudent management of public resources, and not membership of a political party, so he should stop questioning his decision when he is not exactly popular for loyalty and integrity to PDP.

Peter Obi added that he has moved on to where the process might allow him to change the country.

His words, “I don’t know how that one came in but I think when we talk about integrity, we are talking about integrity in management of public resources. That is what we should be talking about in this country. And when such things are mentioned about me, I feel maybe there is something missing somehow. Go and check my records as a governor.”
