Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi has come out to say that the unveiling of his running mate signals the party’s resolve to take back Nigeria.

He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he went round, consulted, and looked carefully to select someone who fits the bill of what he and his party are trying to do, and he believes success is possible with Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed by his side.

Peter Obi added that he is proud to announce that Yusuf is eminently qualified to be the future Vice President of Nigeria.

His words, “It is good to be here today after weeks and months that we have gone round, consulted and searched around to look for somebody who fits the bill of what we are trying to do.”

“Today, I am proud to say I have been able to meet and secure somebody who is eminently qualified and fits the bill to be the Vice President of Nigeria.”

“know people will say you are not there yet, but I can tell you, I know where we are going.”
