Tyler Perry puts luxurious mansion up for sale at $25m

Hollywood filmmaker and actor, Tyler Perry has listed his luxurious Atlanta home for a whopping $25 million.

Realtor.com revealed that the 45-year-old Madea creator, director and playwright has given his consent to sell off his sprawling, French Provincial-style home, built in 2007.

The property, which sits atop 34,688 square feet formerly homed the actor and his longtime girlfriend Gelia Bekele before they welcomed their first child together in December 2014.

The couple have since moved out of the luxurious home that boasts of seven bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a�wine�cellar, two kitchens, an in-law suite and a theatre to a well gated community in Beverly Hills, California.
