The Nigerian music industry is remarkably competitive. Putting up with the creative pressures of releasing fresh music to sustain your relevance can take a massive toll on you.

This is why our favorite Nigerian musicians seek external distractions outside music to relax and decompress. Unsurprisingly, football features heavily in their pastimes.

Most of these stars support some of the most popular football clubs in Europe, heavily featured on top decentralized sports betting platforms, which you definitely rave about too.

This article exposes six top Nigerian music creators and the football clubs that keep them going outside the studio.

He cited that he began supporting the club in the 2006/07 season due to the influence of the then-young Cristiano Ronaldo.

However, he never left the club despite Cristiano Ronaldo leaving for Real Madrid in 2009. He was one of the happiest people in the world when Ronaldo returned to Manchester United in 2021.

Adekunle Gold has seen Manchester United’s dominance of the English Premier League in his early years of supporting the club. He’s also been with the club despite them not winning any trophy since 2017.
