The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has come out to respond to criticism surrounding her usage of the (His/Her Royal Highness) title despite her and Prince Harry saying they would no longer use the style.

Recall that Harry and Meghan’s agreement with the late Queen was that they would stop using the word “Royal” after their exit as working royals.

According to her spokesman, Meghan does not use the title Her Royal Highness for commercial purposes, and the image shared on the podcast by her friend, Jamie Kern Lima had been taken before Meghan’s new business ‘As Ever’ was launched.

Jamie who received the gift card Meghan sent using the title has also confirmed that it was sent a while ago.
