Yinka Ayefele Denies Copyright Allegations By Beautiful Nubia

Gospel singer Yinka Ayefele has denied claims that he copied the melody of his 2012 track “My Faith in God (Igbagbo Ireti)” from Beautiful Nubia’s 1997 song “Seven Lives.” Recall that the dispute began when Beautiful Nubia accused Ayefele and another artist, Bakare Boluwatife-Oluwatobi (BBO), of using his melody without credit.

Dismissed the allegations on social media, Yinka questioned the validity of the claim, stressing that he has not infringed on anyone’s rights.
