A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Enugu State, Dr. (Sir) Walter Oji, has criticised the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration. He recently made the remarks during the inaugural meeting of the G24 for Atiku Abubakar and Ocho Obodoeze 2027 Movement, an ADC support group, in Enugu.
Alleging that the party has failed Nigerians and would struggle to secure victory in the 2027 general elections, Oji claimed that the APC-led government has worsened economic hardship, insecurity and poverty in the country.
He added that the ruling party has simply not delivered enough to justify another term in office.
His words, “It is time to tell Bola Tinubu that Nigerians deserve a new direction and that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, a man with experience in governance and economic management, should be given the opportunity to lead the country in 2027.
I urge the people of Enugu State to support a new vision that prioritises development, prosperity and good governance.”
