Popular Arise News TV host Rufai Oseni has taken a swipe at Manchester United and their supporters following the club’s humiliating 4-1 defeat to Como. He recently had his say via a viral video, and fans have been reacting.
Referencing Pastor Jerry Eze’s recent revival service at the club’s Old Trafford stadium, Rufai joked that the spiritual gathering was never going to automatically improve the team’s performance on the pitch.
Recalling how some supporters had expressed optimism after the pastor’s visit, the presenter added that what God cannot do doesn’t exist does not apply to football.
His words, “All of Manchester United fans, I already told you that because Pastor Jerry Eze came to do revival service in your stadium does not mean mean your fortune will change.
You were all shouting that Pastor Jerry has prayed for you.
What God can not do does not exist is not related to United matters.”
