Highlife superstar Flavour also flew the Nigerian flag high by winning Best Live Act, an award that recognized his electrifying stage presence and ability to thrill audiences with his unique fusion of contemporary beats and traditional Igbo highlife sounds.

Renowned music video director Clarence Peters bagged the award for Best Video, reaffirming his reputation as one of Africa’s most innovative visual storytellers. Known for his creative direction and signature cinematography, Clarence has played a major role in shaping the visual identity of Nigerian music.

With these victories, Nigeria emerged as one of the biggest winners of the night, showcasing the country’s musical excellence and continued dominance in the African entertainment industry.
