Is this Sanusi Lamido’s official car as Emir of Kano

Its a Rolls Royce, not sure of the model but its definitely regal, forget the fact that it looks antique, after all, royalty blends well with historic eras and Kano is an ancient city. By the way, someone said its a 1962 model.�
