Chocolate City has taken legal action against popular rapper Odumodublvck. The record label recently accused him of physically assaulting one of its staff members during an incident at the Flytime Festival in Lagos.
According to court documents filed before the Lagos State High Court, the music company’s employee alleged that the incident happened on December 22, 2025, while he was carrying out his duties as a project manager for a Chocolate City artiste backstage.
The claimant stated that Odumodublvck approached him under the guise of having a conversation before allegedly striking him in the face and pushing him without any provocation.
In the suit, the claimant urged the court to declare Odumodublvck’s alleged actions unlawful and force him to settle his medical expenses, financial losses and other damages.
