Tottenham coach, Antonio Conte is set to undergo surgery to remove his gallbladder after suffering severe abdominal pain

The Spurs manager will have the operation today in Italy, and fans have been reacting.

According to reports, Conte had been suffering from abdominal pain at the end of last week, and it worsened around the Preston game, and then became severe while he was in Turin with his wife and kids.

The 53-year-old has since been diagnosed with cholecystitis, an inflammation of the gallbladder usually caused by gallstones, and advised to undergo immediate surgery.
