Daughter Of Former Nigerian Senator To Play For England At 2015 World Cup

up260313-Gbenga-AlukoEniola Aluko is the daughter of former Ekiti senator, Gbenga Aluko. She is an English footballer who plays for Chelsea Ladies of the FA WSL as a forward. She was born in Nigeria but moved with her family to Birmingham when she was 1-year-old. Since she grew up in England, she chose to represent England at international level.

Her brother Sone Aluko is also a professional footballer and is a full international for Nigeria. Eni took to Instagram today to break the news. In her words, �It’s official � delighted to be selected for my 3rd Women’s World Cup!!! So excited to get out to Canada now & hopefully do something special in an England shirt. Let’s go England #WWC #Canada.”
