Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has shared some advice for people planning to build their first homes. He recently advised first-time homeowners to keep their houses within a manageable size, and fans have been reacting.
Suggesting that three or four bedrooms should be enough for new builders, the award-winning musician urged them never to go overboard with the size of the property.
Sarkodie concluded by encouraging people to focus on what is practical rather than feeling pressured to construct an excessively large property.
His words, “Don’t be tempted to go big. Three to four bedrooms max is ideal.”
