The Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina has come out to say that President Muhammadu Buhari could sign the electoral bill on Thursday or Friday.

He recently had his say while speaking with the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, the President is expected to sign it any moment from now and it could even happen as early as tomorrow.

Adesina added that the fact is his signature would be appended within the next 30 days.

His words, “He (Buhari) will sign it (the bill) any moment from now.”

“It could be today, it could be tomorrow, it could be anytime, but within the 30 days.”

“It could be signed today; it could be signed tomorrow. In a matter of hours, not days. Hours could be 24 hours, it could be 48 hours; not days, not weeks.”
