Hull City midfielder Tim Iroegbunam has said that he believes his club can secure a shock away victory against EPL champions Arsenal. Recall that both sides are set to meet at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon, and fans have been reacting.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Iroegbunam backed his teammates to produce another upset against a big team because they have done it before.
Acknowledging that Arsenal will be heavy favourites heading into the contest, he insisted that Hull City will travel to north London to compete.
His words, “That’s one of those games where they’re expected to win almost, so we’ll just give it our all.
It’s not like it hasn’t been done before; like they haven’t been beaten, it’s possible. We’ll give it our all, and we’ll see what happens.
We know they’re a good side, but in the Premier League, anyone can beat anyone. We’ll go into the game looking to win, as we do with every game, and whatever happens will happen.”
