Popular American singer, Lady Gaga has jumped on social media to call for peace ahead of the inauguration of President-Elect, Joe Biden.

Gaga recently revealed that she prays the inauguration would usher in an era of hope and love for all Americans.

According to her, the inauguration has to be a day of love, not a day of hatred, a day for acceptance, not a day for fear.

She added that US citizens should focus on dreaming about a joyful future for the nation, a dream that has to be non-violent.

Her words, “I pray tomorrow will be a day of peace for all Americans. A day for love, not hatred. A day for acceptance not fear. A day for dreaming of our future joy as a country. A dream that is non-violent, a dream that provides safety for our souls. Love from the Capitol.”
