Veteran Nollywood actress Joke Silva has thanked Nigerians 40 days after the death of her husband, Olu Jacobs. She recently had her say via her Instagram page, and fans have been reacting.
Thanking her fellow citizens who offered prayers, sent messages and made contributions towards the legendary actor’s funeral, Joke stated that the timely support brought a lot of comfort to her family.
Stressing that she does not take the love for granted, the moviestar prayed for God to bless and strengthen those who supported her.
Her words, “The 40 days have come and gone, and as we reflect on this period, my family and I would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to you all for standing by us following the passing of my beloved husband, Pa Olu Jacobs.
We do not take your love and generosity for granted. We are truly humbled and deeply grateful.”
