Former BBNaija housemate Teddy A has revealed that he was fighting with his wife, Bamike “Bambam” Olawunmi, before he proposed to her. He recently had his say during an interview where they both spoke about their relationship and marriage.
Revealing that they were not even on speaking terms when he decided to propose, the reality star stated that hearing her say she was pregnant triggered his willingness to be a responsible father and a loving husband.
Stressing that Teddy A couldn’t have been forced to marry her, Bambam added that getting pregnant didn’t influence his decision to pop the question.
His words, “Do you understand that before I proposed to my wife, we were not talking for two weeks. We were fighting.
Then when she told me she was pregnant, I felt that it was a sign. If you don’t want this woman, you don’t have to be with her.
Now that she is pregnant, what do you want to do? Do you want to be responsible and man up.”
Bam Bam added, “Even about the pregnancy that people were talking about, saying that it was because of the pregnancy he married me.
If Teddy did not want to marry me, there was nothing I was going to do about it.”
