Prince William has come out to blast racists abuse of footballers across the globe.

He recently revealed that such habit must stop because the world cannot be a better place with such comments.

According to him, Facebook and Twitter users should learn to crack down on those attempting to spread hate and division with their words on social media.

He added that racist abuse on the pitch, in the stands, or on social media is very despicable, and the shameless act must end once and for all.

His words, “Racist abuse – whether on the pitch, in the stands, or on social media – is despicable and it must stop now.”

“We all have a responsibility to create an environment where such abuse is not tolerated, and those who choose to spread hate and division are held accountable for their actions.”

“That responsibility extends to the platforms where so much of this activity now takes place.”

“I commend all those players, supporters, clubs and organisations who continue to call out and condemn this abuse in the strongest terms,’ before signing it ‘W’.”

Born in St Mary’s Hospital, London, William was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Belize and Chile before earning a Scottish Master of Arts degree majoring in geography at the University of St Andrews.

He served as a full-time pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance from July 2015 for two years.
