President Buhari Set To Take Action After Benue Killings As He Meets With Benue Governor

President Buhari is currently holding a crucial meeting with the governor of Benue state, Samuel Ortom, inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

This is the first time the two leaders will meet since the recent killings in the north central state. The governor arrived the Presidential Villa at 10:50am and was led straight to the president’s office.

Governor Ortom had earlier said he is ready to sacrifice his political ambition to defend his people following the New Year day attack on the state’s communities by Fulani herdsmen.
