Lille head coach Davide Ancelotti has admitted that his side must work together to stop Victor Osimhen. He recently had his say ahead of his team’s clash against Galatasaray in the UEFA Champions League.
Stressing that stopping the Super Eagles striker will require a collective approach, Ancelotti stated that his team must be united defensively to limit his influence.
Davide added that Osimhen deserves special attention because he is a player who almost won the Scudetto single-handedly at Napoli.
His words, “We stop him with a collective effort. It doesn’t depend on one player; it always depends on the collective.
He’s a player who, at Napoli, almost won the Scudetto single-handedly.
We know the potential he has, and we know we must always be vigilant when we attack and when we defend.”
