I Never Thought I’d Lose Taiwo At A Tender Age – Kehinde Adegbodu

Kehinde Adegbodu, the twin brother of Gospel singer Taiwo Adegbodu, has opened up about the pain of losing his brother. This comes months after his shocking death, and fans have been reacting.

Speaking during an interview with Nollywood actress and podcaster Biola Adebayo, Kehinde revealed that he is still struggling to accept that his brother is gone.

Revealing that he still feels Taiwo’s presence at events and often visits his graveside with members of their band, Kehinde added that he never thought he’d lose his twin at such a young age.

His words, “To me personally, I don’t believe my Twin, Taiwo, is dead because I see him every day beside me. Each time we have an event, my bandmates and I go to his graveside to speak to him. Someone even called me and said they should pray for me so that I don’t kpai like my brother very soon. Him and I got married the same day, and we had all our children the same month.

I never thought of losing Taiwo at that tender age. Taiwo was so active the day he kpai; it still looks like a dream to me. None of our fathers in the Lord saw the death of Taiwo; this still baffles me to date. I haven’t recovered from the shock, but I am believing God for strength.”
