No doubt the entertainment capital of Nigeria remains Lagos and the city is blessed with quite a number of things other cities cannot boast of. Part of the city’s endowment is the sea and just like in the UAE the seas create investment and employment opportunities for its host community, this explains the concentration of big money investment in that area of the city.

Apart from hosting the biggest hotels, restaurants, malls and Clubs the best beaches in the country are also in Lagos. This list will not be new to regular fun seekers in Lagos but if you’re new in town you can consider one of this spots to hangout.

5. KURAMO BEACH

Kuramo is situate in Victoria Island, for some years it has being a converging point for fun seekers but its influence has being dwindling, due to overcrowding and the rise of the Private beach concept. However, its still a place hangout as far as beaches are concerned in Lagos.

Eleko beach is hosted by Eleko community in Ibeju Lekki outskirts of Lagos. The main attraction of this beach is the quiet environment in which it is situated, though its quite a distance from town the road trip to can also act as an appetiser before the main fun.

Located along Lekki-Epe Express way, Alpha beach has maintained a reputation of being a beach with class. It is the near perfect location for private parties. If you also want to have a good time its a spot that offer fun for for visitors.

This beach needs no introduction. Located in Lekki the Beach seem to be the rallying point for all fun lovers. The traffic at the beach during festive period shows that. The Beach is always rocking most especially on weekends and events also hold there regularly. If you want to have a good time and mix with others it has to be Elegushi.
