Picture of popular kidnapper Evans’ wife and children crying has been used to demonstrate education’s cry for help at Federal Executive Council (FEC) Retreat On Education earlier today in Abuja at the state house.

Recall that the Kidnap kingpin Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, popularly known as Evans, was arrested alongside his gang members in June, 2017.
